Buchaman has revealed that he is prepared to take legal action against fellow musician Bebe Cool over alleged unpaid campaign services rendered under a formal agreement.
Buchaman claims that despite having a valid contract outlining clear timelines and payment obligations, the agreed period for settlement has long expired.
He says his repeated efforts to seek payment have not yielded results, prompting him to consider legal redress.
“I have a valid contract with him, and I expect it to be honoured,” Buchaman stated. “Rather than escalate the situation, I will seek legal redress. The agreement clearly indicates that the payment is overdue, and he must fulfil his obligation.”
The outspoken artist emphasized that the matter is strictly professional and not personal.
“This is about a contract,” he stressed, distancing the dispute from any personal differences.
According to Buchaman, he fully executed his responsibilities as stipulated in the agreement and now expects the same level of commitment from the other party. His remarks point to growing frustration but also reflect a deliberate decision to pursue lawful channels instead of public confrontation.
The situation now appears headed for legal intervention if both sides fail to reach an amicable settlement.
