Today has not been a good day for tycoon Jack Pemba who was also at one time, Desire Luzinda’s lover.
The tycoon got involved in an accident where his car that has private license plates hit another belonging to Deputy NSSF MD, Geraldine Ssali. The incident happened near Crested towers here in Kampala.
His car was later towed away by Police as he was picked by a friend.
