Singer Fille Mutoni has revealed that she and her daughter are HIV-negative, despite her former partner, MC Kats, being HIV-positive.
Fille shared this during a testimony in Rwanda, where she went with her mother after undergoing rehabilitation.

Fille also marked a significant achievement—seven months of sobriety. She successfully overcame addiction to heroin, cocaine, and marijuana, and credits her ongoing rehabilitation process for helping her regain control of her life.
