Ugandan singer Grace Khan has opened up about her journey to overcome alcohol addiction, revealing that she has taken her life back into her own hands.
Grace is currently receiving treatment at a rehabilitation center in Gayaza, where she says significant steps have been taken to ensure her recovery.
“Before I came, life was very bad. I used to vomit blood and was in a terrible state,” Grace revealed. “I got my phone, searched for a rehab on social media, and called a lady who was kind enough to help me. She reached me in time, because if she had delayed, I don’t know what could have happened to me.”
Grace explained that she initially received treatment before being transferred to a full rehab program, where she has made significant progress.
“I brought myself to rehab and was only helped by my friend, whom I called, and we came together,” she said.
