Ugandan girls and women will probably never forgive Afande Sande for getting married and leaving them in the darkness of spinsterhood.
Afande Sande who is popularly known for keeping super order on the roads was a dream for many women and girls who drive along Kampala roads. Some intentionally committed crimes so they could be stopped by him.
Whenever Sande is on the road, no one can dare risk committing a traffic offence. Because he can’t be bribed. He can only forgive you but you can’t bribe him.
But many women also found him very handsome and ever smart in his attire. Sadly, he is now married.
