Kapa Cat found herself in hot water on Wednesday night after failing to honor a performance agreement with Liquor Shade, a popular bar in Kamwokya.

According to sources, the singer had been contracted to perform with her band at 11:00PM and was paid a deposit of UGX 500,000 ahead of the show. However, patrons and bar management were left disappointed when the artist only showed up at 2:00AM, long after the establishment had closed.
The late arrival sparked a heated altercation between Kapa Cat and the bar manager.
Reports indicate that the singer demanded her UGX 300,000 balance, but the management stood its ground, insisting she had breached the performance agreement by failing to appear on time.
At the time of filing this report, neither Kapa Cat nor her management had issued an official statement on the matter.
