It was a busy night at Casa Del Turista in Mbale town as Eastern Uganda crowned it’s new beauty queen on Saturday who will represent the region at the national level.
As the day’s events wound up, Wanyenze Gloria from Sironko district emerged winner. She was crowned the Miss Tourism Eastern queen, as Nambafu Robinah Alison and Mutambo prima Phiona were crowned first and second runner up respectively.
The contestants were tested in different skills like talent, expression, catwalk and knowledge about tourism.
The event concluded with a musical performance from Mbale’s sensational singer Isaiah Destiny.
