With many turning up for the event in unique dress codes, this gentleman has turned out the talk. Last Friday at Serena hotel while attending the Uganda Entertainment Awards red carpet, the yet to be identified gentleman turned in his own unique attire and has turned the talk of the event. He still leads the worst dressed polls.
