Sheila Patience Zella has today picked her kids from school in what many thought was very exemplary for any parent. This comes following a recent backlash from her fans online accusing her of being a little over exposing her kids after she took them for swimming and posed naked with them. She has today turned events around as she exhibited a typical exemplary Uganda caring mother. See photos below.
