Rwandan gospel singer Musabyimana Gloriose, popularly known as Gogo, has passed away in Rwanda after returning from a ministry trip in Uganda.

According to a medical report from Kyegera Doctors Center, which IGIHE has seen, Gogo died on the night of September 3, 2025 after a period of illness.
Her representative, Bikem Uwayesu, confirmed the heartbreaking news, explaining that he had been with her throughout the Uganda trip.
On August 28, 2025, Gogo traveled from Rwanda to Uganda with her team to attend a gospel event that took place in Mbarara from August 29–31. After the successful ministry, she and her team proceeded to Kampala for a scheduled engagement with a promotional company.
However, shortly after their return to Rwanda, Gogo’s health deteriorated. Friends and family initially thought it was a minor condition since she had battled similar illnesses before.
Sadly, her condition worsened, and despite being taken to the hospital, she passed away that very night.
Gogo was a celebrated Rwandan gospel singer and social media personality, best known for her worship and praise songs that touched and inspired many lives.
