A 22-year-old security guard has been arraigned before court and charged in connection with the r*pe, m*rder and aggravated robbery of popular TikToker Diana Namulinde, widely known as Dianah Skys.

Marvin Webisa, a security guard attached to Gideon Security System and a resident of Kiwatule Zone in Nakawa Division, Kampala District, was on Thursday afternoon presented before the City Hall Senior Principal Grade One Magistrate, Nicholas Aisu.
Prosecution, led by Senior State Attorney Ms Mercy Yamangusho Khaidarah, informed court that on February 4, 2026, at Kyanja Kwata Zone, Webisa allegedly had carnal knowledge of Diana Namulinde without her consent, contrary to Sections 110 and 111 of the Penal Code Act.
He was further charged with murder contrary to Sections 171 and 172 of the Penal Code Act. Additionally, he faces charges of aggravated robbery under Sections 266 and 267(2) of the Penal Code Act. The prosecution alleges that the accused robbed the deceased of two mobile phones, a power bank, AirPods, a suitcase, a bag, and Shs18.6 million.
Due to the grave nature of the offences, the accused did not take plea, as such cases can only be tried by the High Court.
Court heard that investigations into the matter are still ongoing. Webisa has been remanded to Luzira Prison until March 3, 2026, when the case will return to court for mention.
