Ugandan socialite and entrepreneur Shakib Lutaaya has set the record straight amid swirling rumors about his relationship with Zari Hassan. Contrary to claims circulating on social media, Shakib insists that the couple is still very much together and committed.
Speaking openly, Shakib expressed frustration with false narratives about his personal life. “My wife and I are fine. We are in love and committed, and I wish people would stop spreading stories without knowing the truth,” he said.
Shakib also addressed persistent claims that he courts other women or asks them for money. “I work hard for everything I have. I don’t rely on anyone else, and I certainly don’t ask women for money. Those rumors are completely false,” he clarified.
When asked about his loyalty in relationships, Shakib was clear. “When I commit to someone, that’s it. I respect my relationship, and I don’t entertain anyone outside my marriage. I hope people stop assuming things based on speculation.”
He urged both the media and the public to be cautious about the stories they share, emphasizing that personal lives are not public gossip. “Not everything you see online is true. Let’s focus on facts, not assumptions,” Shakib concluded.
