Mbarara is in shock after the passing on of their beloved TV personality VJ Kassim.
Kassim who was famed for his translation of movies and soap operas on Mbarara based TV West passed on leaving many in tears.
His biggest fans, including women who run stalls in central market were gripped with sorrow and disbelief on hearing of his passing. It is sad that his voice won’t be heard again.
