People across the world grapple with obesity and rapid weight gain without any known working remedy. The internet is littered with many unrealistic remedies embellished with click bait titles, but the solutions are either always out of reach to the average African, or too expensive for even the average European.
And yet, through walking the journey personally, it seems that Psychologist Gabriel Rwabuguri Kazigo has cracked the code to weight loss. Being diagnosed with diabetes was Gabriel’s turning point. He was over weight.
“I was weighing at 135 Kgs. It was bad. It was unhealthy. It was at this point that I made the decision to do something about it,” recounts Gabriel.
He decided to undertake several diets, and eventually discovered through the different food in-take formulas he was testing, a diet plan that led to rapid weight loss.
His weight consequently dropped from 135 kilograms, to 75 kilograms, which was the more-than-healthy body mass for his height.
“As a result of my discovery, I shared the diet with a few friends of mine who were grappling with it, to account for the difference in body and gene type, and it worked perfectly for those who followed the directions I shared with them to the dot. It is from this point that I realized the need to share the knowledge in the form of an affordable, accessible and easy to read guide, and thus decided to write the book. I titled it ‘Drop A Size, The Diet Hand Book’ because with this book, you indeed drop a size dramatically,” explained Gabriel.
According to Patrick Kinter Gumisiriza, one of the beneficiaries of the ‘Drop A Size’ Diet Hand Book weight loss remedies, the remedies are cheap, realistic and very accessible.
“The diet is a guide on how to eat the very food that you eat everyday, with just the right knowledge on how to eat it, without necessarily taking away the components that you love, but while keeping it healthy for your body. It is rich in knowledge about diets, and surprisingly worked for me. I dropped my weight from 115kgs to 73 recently. And that is why I recommend it. I follow their pages for updates everyday, and have since recommended the book for many friends,” explained Kinter, the CEO of Kinatte Access, a digital marketing firm.
