Dancehall singer Ziza Bafana has set tongues wagging after revealing that he owns a Mercedes-Maybach worth a cool UGX 180 million, a car he says matches his status in the music industry.
Speaking candidly, Bafana disclosed that he personally shipped in the luxury vehicle and put its value at UGX 180M. According to the singer, the decision to go for a high-end ride was inspired by advice from a close friend.
“I was advised by one of my friends to get myself a car that distinguishes me from the common people, so I got this Mercedes-Maybach, a 2015 model. It is befitting of my celebrity status as an artist. It’s worth UGX 180 million,” Bafana said.
The artist noted that the Maybach is not just about comfort and class, but also a statement piece that reflects his brand and achievements in music.
Beyond the flashy lifestyle, Ziza Bafana also revealed that music is not his only source of income. The singer says he is actively involved in farming, which he does on the side to supplement his earnings from music.
By diversifying his income streams, Bafana joins a growing list of Ugandan artists investing outside entertainment, proving that behind the glitz and glamour, smart business moves still matter.
