JOB DETAILS:

To ensure hygiene in the cafeteria, by maintaining the kitchen workstations and equipment clean

Key Result Areas
The post holder is required to:-
• Ensure all the trash cans are emptied in a timely manner at the end of shift, containers are washed out and returned to the kitchens
• Ensure the kitchen floor is swept and mopped. The floor is clean at all times, spills are picked up immediately
• Clean walls, tables, racks, sinks, floors mats
• Clean ovens, filters, drains, ceiling vents as per given schedule or specified by the cafeteria supervisor
• Maintain, organize, and ensure proper storage and cleaning of all kitchen utensils
• Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned

Competencies/Abilities:
• Ability to multi-task and deal with diverse responsibilities
• Interpersonal skills
• Analytical, communication and writing skills

Knowledge/Qualifications and Experience
• O’ level qualification
• Working experience of at least one (1) year in a similar role
