JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create original recipes for new types of chocolate
• Produce chocolate and confectionary products
• Design and create molds for chocolate shapes
• Develop flavor and texture combinations
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards
• Keep up-to-date with trends in the confectionary industry
• Produce the complete range of products and manage our production flow and inventory control
• Oversee employees responsible for packaging and shipping products to ensure products are made and delivered to our customers according to our best-in-class standards in a timely focused manner.
• Create work orders, manage production schedules, possess the flexibility required to change and adapt production as needs change
• Coordinate production flow with order fulfillment, packaging needs and shipping.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Food Processing or related qualification
• Ability to work with chocolate and other confectionery ingredients
• Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of chocolate production processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity and imagination
• Excellent communication skills

Level of Education: Associate Degree
