JOB DETAILS:
Purpose Of The Job:
To develop, manage and monitor undergraduate programs and associated operational administration, curriculum development, quality management and enhancement as required by relevant professional bodies.

Key Duties:
1. Ensure that students are provided with high quality, relevant and stimulating range of learning opportunities and experience.
2. Undertake and contribute to research.
3. Publication in the areas of specialization.
4. Be responsible for setting standards and monitoring progress against agreed criteria for area of responsibility.
5. Mentoring and training of lecturer and assistant lecturer in the department.

Person Specifications
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Should have teaching experience with a minimum qualification of Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance, Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance/Banking and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or any Business related course from a recognized institution.
• Should have a good track record of service to the public.
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills.
• Note: Only PhD holders should apply.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
