After Afande Sam Omala stood surety for Officer Muhammad Kirumira, the senior policeman in a tumultuous relationship with his force, has not gone silent as was expected. The educated cop, who executed various successful missions during his time of service in Kampala before being transferred to Buyende, says rogues in the Uganda Police Force are behind his mishap.
Through his popular Facebook account “Mwoyo Gwa Gwanga” Kirumira revealed that people(who he says are rogue politicians) are sleuthing on him.
“INVESTIGATION.
I have now connected dots on this surveillance on my movements,these are associates of some officers facing various charges in military court and possibly some friends of kitatta camp.
After my release they think I’m capable of providing supportive evidence in the inquiry against them which possibly I can do.
However their major assertion and pain is that I was the first person to spread whistle blowing statements against them in 2014,which they say may have sparked off a wide investigation against them by the military and intelligence.
Whereas some are on remand some of their associates are still at large especially in the boda boda 2010 ranks and their motive is to disorganize all their supposed challengers.
And on the side of officers I know one who,if arrested shall face over 8 counts of murder committed during those days of RRU.
So having used my other team of boda boda and let a friend drive my car and the surveillance followed them thinking it was me. I managed to detect their intents after studying the routes they used to withdraw.
It must be the same group which attacked Mariam at Busega on 2nd Feb when I was in custody at #Nalufeenya.
Therefore having known this, I am tempted to switch to my Emergency mode, and I really pity those who will land into my hands. They will be put to exposure .
So as a personnel,trained both in overt and covert operations , and Insurgency and Counter Insurgency tactics,from Gaddafi Defence college I think I will be able to deal with these seemingly rudimentary criminal elements trailing me with the help of God.
