Former Buyende DPC Muhammad Kirumira is not a simple man.
Kirumira appeared in court over charges of extortion, unlawful exercise of authority and corruption.
The officer caused panic at the court premises when he protested over move by security people to kick out journalists from the proceedings.
Kirumira was seen shouting and walking about the court premises and vowing not to return unless the scribes were let in.
