Sigh of relief as police has handed baby Chelsea Tezanya who was reported kidnapped from Kira to her parents.
Police rescued baby Chelsea Tezanya, the daughter to Arthur Tazenya of Kira.
Baby Chelsea was reportedly kidnapped by a house maid, Esther Mulekateete who police say will be grilled and kept behind cells.
Mulekateete had worked for Tazenya for only four days.
Police managed to track the house girl even as she had switched off her known mobile phone. The search conducted found both the victim and suspect in Kachanga Island, Kalangala District

Police in Mukono has since arrested the suspect and rescued the baby
