Muslims will celebrate Eid-El-Fitri tomorrow, June 15th. A press release from Uganda Muslim Supreme Council signed by the director of Sharia, Sheikh Yahaya Ibrahim Kakungulu confirms that the moon has been sighted.
The national Eid prayers will be held at the national mosque, UMSC headquarters Old Kampala at 9am and they will be led by His Eminence the Mufti of Uganda, Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje.
