Dr. Kizza Besigye, former Presidential candidate is at loss of words after the gruesome shooting and killing of ASP Muhammad Kirumira by an unknown gunmen near his home in Bulenga, Wakiso District.
ASP Kirumira was gunned down along with a woman who he was with in his private car in Bulenga.
Dr. Besigye took to his Twitter account to post: “Horrific killing, by gunfire, of maverick Uganda Police Officer, Muhammad Kirumira &his wife last night is another major tragic incident depicting Uganda’s deep &intensifying crisis. Inna lillahi was inna illahi raj’un.”
