Kampala tycoon Mukesh Shukla aka Shumuk is rotting in police cells after he was arrested Monday evening for forging the Chief Justice Bart Katureebe’s documents in bid to take over property of deceased Boney Katatumba.
According to police sources Mukesh is being caged at Jinja Road police station and will appear at Buganda Road Court at 9am Tuesday.
Police have opened up two cases against the businessman. They include forgery which is registered CID HQ GEF 1089/2017.
File two has threatening violence and stealing titles registered under CID HQ LPPU GEF 189/2017.
