Police is investigating circumstances under which a headless body of an unidentified man estimated to be between 30 and 40 years was yesterday found dumped in a bush along Sentema road, between Nakabugo and Bukasa trading Centers, in Wakiso.
The body had been stripped naked had its hands handcuffed to the front and laid down in the bush facing upwards.
Police was informed of the dumped body by pedestrians who were using the road and saw the body.
According to one of the Scene of Crime Officers who preferred anonymity, the deceased is believed to have been murdered, transported and dumped at the scene in the wee hours of the morning.
The Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire confirmed the incident saying “detectives have already commenced investigations.”
