Singer Daniel Kazibwe AKA Ragga Dee has spelt it clearly that he is not a criminal and therefore needs not snub court summons.
After Ragga Dee’s bar was closed over allegations of Noise pollution, the artist has been hustling to sort things out with the KCCA officals.
The issue was dragged to KCCA court and his lawyers made effort for the bar to be re-opened for business to go on.
However, opening the bar didn’t mean that it was well with Ragga Dee he had to continue going to court on days’ court needs him there for his case to be handled, something he vows to do until this issue is sorted.
Yesterday, he made his way to court with his lawyer but unfortunately the KCCA judge didn’t turn up something that didn’t go well with Ragga Dee.
He said he is not a criminal and he will never be. He vowed to keep coming to court on the days he is required so that he can clear his name. Authorities at KCCA have asked for 2 weeks to carry out more investigations. Ragga Dee is returning on April 15, for the hearing of his case.
