Singer Jose Chameleon has officially confirmed that he will be competing against the likes of Erias Lukwago for the position of Lord Mayor come 2021.
Today afternoon(8th April 2019) during an interview with a local media house , the Leon Island boss put an end to the rumor that has been making rounds that he will be contesting for the highly coveted position in Kampala.
”Yes it is true. I have all the qualifications and it is about time that we represent and unite our people” Chameleon said before confirming that he will join the race as an independent
”I will come as an independent because i want to unite people.I don’t want to divide the masses by coming under any political party” Chameleon said
