A cross section of Ugandans, on social media , have questioned governemnet’s decision to register all animals and issue them with birth certificates.
during the official opening of the 27th Source of the Nile Agricultural Show in Jinja, Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja revealed that government is in preparation for the registration which will be done to fulfill international market requirements.
However, a number of Ugandans(some may prefer to call them time wasters) have since questioned government’s intentions, referring to the move as ‘System Volongoto’.
