A shameless street wise vendor left every one speechless in Central business area  after he was captured live on camera touching and caressing a female customer.

Eye witnesses at the scene revealed to us that a seemingly innocent young lady approached a street vendor to buy some second hand clothes and shoes but unfortunately got hooked and glued to the seller’s sweet words.

After white washing the female customer with sweet nothings, the sharp vendor then began touching and caressing the young lady’s bums in public as every one passing by watched in surprise.

A few boys at the scene managed to record the video from their phones and shared it on whats App
