In a wordy resignation letter that has since found it’s way online Charles thanks the next media Chief Exextive Officer Kin Kalisa for giving him an opportunity to serve Uganda for the last 5 years but then goes ahead to outline the challenges that have made him throw in the towel
”I feel nothing but pride for the victory we have won together as the front line team.May it flourish more! Unfortunately however, over the last two years, a tendency you are fully are aware, internally, began to develop leading to loss of trust and confidence in my contribution to the show. Alot of friction and tension developed recently. the work environment became toxic towards my contribution” Part of Charle’s long resignation letter read
