Is a culture in Uganda that whenever a ‘rich’ person dies, there must be a battle of ‘who takes what?’ Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte passed on last week on Friday but the events that are happening in his family after his death are unbecoming!

Yesterday it was all drama at the Sheikh’s Kawempe Kate Falaawo residence as his sisters tipped off cops to arrest four hired Kanyamas who had broken into the deceased’s bedroom.
It was around 8pm when the 4 ruthless Kanyama forced themselves through Muzaata’s home and stormed into the direction of his bed room. As they struggled to break in, Muzaata’s sisters made an alarm which attracted other mourners and descended on the Kanyamas like bees.
Within no minute, the gate was shut as one of the sisters alerted Police which swiftly swung into action to arrested the already beaten Kanyamas.

“It’s not going to be easy because more arrests are going to be made because the Kanyamas have since revealed shocking info implicating many other people including people close to the widow Kulthum Nabunya,” a source reveals.
The grieved sisters are still skeptical about what really led to their bro’s death. Some claim their beloved Man of Allah could have been killed using slow-killing poison by a very close family member. They demand that Kawempe Police must do a very good investigative job to establish the truth.

Sources say that the Kanyamas have, during interrogation, implicated Kampala’s two Muslim tycoons so far as being the brain behind raid on Muzaata’s bonking pad.
Apparently, the two tycoons are conniving with the ‘widow’ to access Muzaata’s land titles and medical history.
We shall keep you posted.
