There is no refuting the fact that newly elected Kawempe South member of Parliament Muhammad Ssegirinya a.k.a Mr update is facing one of the most difficult times in his hard crafted political careers.
Just two days back the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) came out and said that the senior six documents he used to stand for the Kawempe South sit don’t belong to him.
In a letter addressed to Mr Sulaiman Kidandala who had earlier on requested for verification of Ssegrinya’s papers, UNEB said both the O-level & A-level documents that the newly elected Rubaga South MP used to stand belonged to Sarah Nampiiima & Nabada Maureen respectively.
We acknowledge receipt of your request Ref:KK/AC/EC/10/0321 dated 15th March 2021regarding the above. we have checked our records and our findings are as follows:
1.Candidate UOO53/054(2007) is Sarah Nampiiima who sat at Mengo SSS and not Ssegirinya Richard sitting at Pimbas Secondary School.
2.Candidate UOO53/754(2009) is Nabada Maureen who sat at Mengo SSS and not Ssegirinya Richard sitting at Pimbas Secondary School
The certificates Serial numbers U1884798 and AO964827 respectively whose copies you submitted for verification are not authentic documents issued by the board.
After all the hullabaloo surrounding Ssegirinya’s documents, outgoing Rubaga South MP Hon Kato Lubwama has come out and blasted Ssegirinya by saying the only job he can do is to cut and roast pigs.
”The truth is that he can’t deliberate anything in the August house. The only thing he knows best is cutting and roasting pigs” Kato Lubwama said in a very tenacious tone
