Who ever ate my dimes & never voted for me will suffer!
Out going Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama has strongly come out and cursed every voter who ate his hard earned money but then went behind the ballot and voted some body else.
It should be noted that Kato Lubwama a renown Drama actor and seasoned Radio practitioner miserably lost to Mukasa Aloysious, a young and Vibrant national Unity Platform candidate in the just concluded parliamentary elections.
Just like other politicians who spent in billions in the just concluded elections , it is alleged that Kato Lubwama invested over 200 million in his campaigns but was shocked to learn of his loss to a new and hardly known face Mukasa Aloysius.
Since dishing out money to the electorate has become a norm in the Ugandan politics, Kato too embarked on a mission of giving out handouts to whoever promised to vote for him. However as fate would have it Kato’s strategy miserably back fired as he lost his seat to a new person.
Being the kind of person who doesn’t hold back his frustrations Lubwama has now warned whoever ate his money but didn’t vote for him to prepare for calamity.
”Am the kind of person that is so dearly loved by God.Every person who makes me suffer, God always has a way of punishing them. Even those who ate my money but never voted for me all I can say is that the almighty will deal with them accordingly” Kato Lubwama said in an interview with Kasuku
When asked if it is a good idea to wish the people know never voted for him bad luck, the oputgoing MP said it is God’s doing and not his wish to have them suffer ”Am not going to pray for them a bad prayer but God will deal with them accordingly”
