In today’s edition of bizarre news, a person purchased cow dung cakes from Amazon and actually ate it instead of using it for “religious purposes” as per Indian cultural norm. “Ridiculous taste,” the person, who opted to remain anonymous, said in his review for the product on Amazon.
WHAT IS THE STORY?
Dr Sanjay Arora, a Twitter user, posted screenshots on Twitter after he noticed that a person had posted his review of cow dung cakes on Amazon after purchasing it. Except for the fact that this person in question did not use the cow dung cakes for puja – as is described in the product’s description box – and instead, consumed it.
In fact, this person slammed the brand and said that the cow dung cakes are “muddy in taste”, and also advised them to “pay attention to the crunchiness of this product.”
In his post, Sanjay Arora posted two screenshots – of the product, and the person’s review, and captioned it, “Yeh mera India, I love my India.”
