Fans Blast Kenzo For Spoiling Pia Pound’s ‘Tupaate’ Hit With Lousy Vocals In Remix
Tupaate by Pia pounds is among the very few songs that might be nominated for the song of the year accolade come December when awards are gearing up to reward the best performing artists.
It is easy to understand why people have given it a massive reception as a few minutes of you listening to it will automatically pull you on the dance floor.
As such celebrated local musician Edrisa Musuuza popularly known as Eddy Kenzo deemed it fit to be apart of Pia Pound’s success.
The moment he relased the song had become a national anthem, he tactfully requested for remix to perhaps ride on the newly found vibe and love that Pia Pounds had generated in the public.
Since Kenzo is the same person that introduced pounds to the music industry, the soft spoken vocalist had no choice but to accept Kenzo’s advances. He remix was done and the video was released yesterday.
However on listening to the remix and in particular Kenzo’s verse fans have come out to castigate the country’s only BET award winner saying he shouldn’t have jumped on the already good song with such lousy vocals.
Commenting on his own page, a number of angry followers opened up on how Kenzo had spoiled the song.
