Outspoken NTV sports presenter Andrew Kabuura faced it rough on Saturday evening after taking to social media and wondering how the government of Uganda could remain silent following the recent struggles his beloved football club Manchester United has been experiencing on the pitch.
The comical guy, who tries to find humour in every sad situation that life presents him with, took to his official Facebook page and posed a light question wondering why of all things the gov’t has on the menu, it decided to keep quiet about Man United’s unending woes.
Kabuura’s satirical question was posed immediately after Manchester United had lost 4 goals to 2 to a hungry and tenacious Leicester City.
“Why is the government of Uganda silent about what is happening at Man Utd?” Kabuura posted on his Facebook.
Although a number of people understood the humour and perspective derived that Kabuura intended to bring out in the question, there is a section of fans who turned against the eloquent journalist reminding him that the same gov’t kept quiet when he cheated on Flavia with the French embassy chic.
“The government of Uganda is mature enough as your wife Flavia, she managed to remain calm when you cheated on her,” one Alex Fergil commented on Kabuura’s post.
“The same government was silent when you were busy smashing someone’s beans……..big cassava,” one Brian Kitty also commented.
As if that was not enough, one Richard Clipto also blasted kabuura saying ‘‘The same Government kept quiet when you went ahead and exposed your blue balls high like a monkey.”
