Anitah Fabiola is serving a fresh dose of healing energy to women nursing broken hearts and she’s doing it with the confidence of someone who has walked through the fire and come out with a glow-up, a marriage, and twins.

Speaking on her podcast, the now-happily-married Fabiola urged babes not to let failed relationships derail their lives. Instead, she encouraged them to view heartbreak as a temporary storm with a very intentional purpose.

According to her, many past relationships aren’t meant to last forever… they’re meant to teach, shape, and toughen.

“You see that man that got your heart broken? He isn’t the best there is,” Fabiola said. “You will heal and find better. That heartbreak won’t last forever. Have you ever heard of character development?”

She explained that some people enter our lives not as soulmates, but as life lessons…. the rough chapters that teach resilience, wisdom, and self-worth.

“Some people are just in your life to help you develop your character, make you stronger, make you wiser. Don’t dwell on that relationship.”

Fabiola added that toxic or challenging relationships often leave behind clarity; clarity about what one will no longer tolerate, and clarity about what real love should feel like.

“Such relationships teach you what you won’t tolerate. You won’t be able to appreciate good if you’ve never seen bad,” she said. “Sometimes you go through the worst relationships… then when someone amazing walks into your life you say, ‘That’s right, this is what I have been waiting for.’”
