Sheilah Gashumba has put her critics on notice, warning that the era of carefree online bashing is over and the law is now on speed dial.
Sheilah Gashumba has officially had enough… and this time, she’s not clapping back with words alone. The self-styled Lil Stunner has put her critics on notice, warning that the era of carefree online bashing is over and the law is now on speed dial.

Speaking via her Snapchat, Sheilah delivered what she dramatically termed an “end of friendship lecture,” making it clear that cyber harassment will no longer be tolerated. Armed with Uganda’s cyber harassment law, she announced plans to pursue legal action against anyone who drags her name through the digital mud.
“Secondly this year we shall be using the cyber harassment bill on most of you. Just live in Uganda and post any cyber harassment using my name… from today, 4th January,” she warned.

While no names were named, the message landed loudly and widely. From online trolls to habitual critics and casual commentators, anyone tempted to type recklessly about Sheilah may now want to pause before posting.
Though it remains unclear who exactly prompted the stern warning, the message was unmistakable: defamatory, abusive, or harassing content will no longer be met with silence or shade but with legal consequences.

In short, the memo is clear: talk nice, or talk to the lawyers.
