Sheilah Gashumba dropped a jaw-dropping revelation about her famously tough dad, Frank Gashumba and trust us, NO ONE saw this coming!

Once known as a no-nonsense, iron-fisted dad, Frank has apparently undergone a dramatic personality makeover since tying the knot with his sweetheart, Patience Mutoni Malaika. And according to Sheilah, the change is nothing short of unbelievable.

Speaking in a candid interview with Kasuku, Sheilah didn’t hold back as she painted a picture of her childhood that sounded more like a strict boarding school than a home.

“It was a proper saga,” she revealed. “If I did something wrong, sticks came out; belts came out, no joke!”

The glamorous socialite says her dad was deeply traditional and extremely controlling, especially when it came to her dressing and lifestyle choices, even into adulthood.

Insiders say Frank’s reputation as a disciplinarian was legendary. Late nights? Not tolerated. Fashion risks? Absolutely not. Sheilah says questioning her choices was practically his full-time job.

But hold on… because this is where things take a wild turn.
Since marrying Malaika and welcoming a baby boy last year, Sheilah says her father has softened in ways she never imagined.

“He’s a completely different person,” she hinted, describing a calmer, more relaxed version of the man who once ruled with an iron hand.

In a twist worthy of a soap opera, Sheilah revealed a hilarious contradiction. While Frank publicly claimed on radio that he would never celebrate his son’s birthday…

Malaika reportedly spilled the tea:
“The other day I was at home asking about their son’s birthday because I had just heard my dad on radio saying he can never celebrate his son’s birthday. But Malaika told me, ‘he only says those things on radio,’”

Could it be that the tough-talking public persona is just for show?
