Description

Callisto Hair Salon is hiring a creative, strategic, and digitally savvy Content & Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our online presence and elevate Callisto into a household name.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
  • Create engaging video, photo, and written content (reels, tutorials, client features, campaigns).
  • Stay updated with social media trends to boost engagement.

Platform Management

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and reviews.

Brand Growth & Community Building

  • Grow Callisto’s social media following and engagement organically.
  • Collaborate with influencers, beauty creators, and brand partners.
  • Develop online campaigns to drive bookings and client loyalty.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track social media KPIs (growth, engagement, conversions).
  • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to refine content and advertising strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business).
  • Strong content creation skills (video editing, photography, copywriting).
  • Creative eye for trends, branding, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Must own a personal PC and iPhone for content creation and management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth Metrics

  • Instagram followers: +25% within 6 months.
  • TikTok followers: +50% within 6 months.
  • Engagement rate: Maintain 8–10% average across platforms.

Content Performance

  • Minimum 5 posts/reels per week on TikTok & Instagram.
  • Consistent posting on LinkedIn & Google (minimum 2 updates weekly).
  • Average post reach growth: 15% per month.

Conversions & Brand Impact

  • At least 15% of bookings influenced via social media referrals (trackable via promos/links).
  • Increase Google Reviews by 30% in 6 months (through client engagement campaigns).
  • Execute one influencer collaboration per month.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Submit monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
  • Propose and execute quarterly digital campaigns.
