dedicated and reliable security teams. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Security Guard Supervisor to lead and manage our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, lead, and manage a team of security guards at various client locations.
• Ensure all security protocols, policies, and procedures are adhered to by all staff.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and security of assigned sites, including managing access control and patrolling.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for security staff.
• Maintain and submit accurate reports regarding incidents, activities, and staff performance.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and liaise with local authorities when required.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of security personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle conflict resolution and ensure effective communication within the team.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar supervisory role (2+ years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations effectively.
• Ability to train and mentor security personnel.
• A valid security training certificate or relevant qualification is a plus.
• Good physical fitness and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be Ugandan or have legal work authorization in Uganda
