Description
Kray Microfinance is hiring Field Banking Officers (10) to drive growth through sales, account sourcing, loan disbursement, savings mobilization & loan recovery – the engine of branch performance.
Key Duties:
- Source new clients & promote loans/savings
- Process & appraise loan applications
- Mobilize savings & open new accounts
- Monitor repayments & recover overdue loans
- Deliver excellent customer service & financial literacy
- Ensure compliance & submit performance reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales, credit, or financial services
- Strong sales, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of microfinance & digital banking platforms
- High integrity, resilience & field readiness
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
