Role Overview:

To deliver quality education to primary students, fostering intellectual and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans in line with the curriculum and student needs.
  • Teach subjects effectively using engaging and diverse instructional methods.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant subject area.
  • Teaching certification/license as per local regulations.
  • 3+ years of teaching experience at the primary level.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
