Job Summary
Our client, a reputable private security company based in Mukono, is seeking disciplined and vigilant Security Officers to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of client premises, property, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment through active monitoring, patrols, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
● Guard and protect assigned premises against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
● Conduct regular patrols and security checks to identify and address potential risks.
● Monitor and control access to premises, including visitor logs and identification checks.
● Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards immediately.
● Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
● Write daily activity reports and incident reports for management.
● Assist clients, staff, and visitors by providing directions or support in a courteous manner.
● Ensure compliance with company security policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
● Previous experience in private security or law enforcement is an added advantage.
● Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long hours.
● Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
● Good communication and observation skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
● Must possess a valid security clearance or be willing to undergo vetting and training.
