Job title: 2 Maintenance Superintendents
Department: Sweets & Sugar Factory
Overall purpose of the job.
Maintaining and repairing of confectionery machineries such as Candy depositor, Ball forming machine, Flat lollipop machine, candy die machine, compressed sugar tablet machine, Pillow pack machine, Ball lollipop bunch wrapping machine, High speed WBB-400 Ball wrapping machine, candy Double twist wrap machine, AFFS machine, Pouch making machine, continuous cooking machine

Key Responsibilities
• Supervising and monitoring the shift technician work in order to achieve the production targets
• Trouble shooting and controlling spare parts inventory and ensuring the machine down time minimized
• Coordinating with production department and updating machine status for operating efficiently
• Providing basic maintenance training to operators and production team.
• Overseeing all maintenance functions this includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation
• Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner Assist in the developing of planned preventive maintenance schedules (PPM)

Knowledge, qualifications & Experience Education:
• Degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience, Skills and Competences:
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of work experience required in food and confectionery industry machineries.
• Candidate should be specialized in handling confectionery machineries
• Candidate must have knowledge of confectionery machinery spare parts and machines
• Candidate must have knowledge of Hard-boiled sweets manufacturing process
• Experience in maintaining and repairing of candy depositor -Yinrich china make and Ball forming machine, Ball wrapping machine High speed, pillow pack machine and double twist wrap machine
