Description

Flip Africa is hiring friendly, professional, and efficient Waiters/Waitresses (2) to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience for all our guests. You will play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, including any special requests or dietary restrictions, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards are met.
• Clear tables after guests finish their meals and prepare them for the next seating.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile money transactions (e.g., MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money).
• Maintain a clean and hygienic dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and cashier staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage, but freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
