Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and sign-up new customers in markets, trading centers, boda stages, and communities.
• Open new accounts daily and grow active customers.
• Mobilize savings and investments.
• Promote Kray products such as Kabox Kusimu, 120 Days Challenge, Premier Investment
• Educate customers on financial discipline and wealth creation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Participate in field campaigns and community activations.
• Submit daily activity and performance reports.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related.
• Experience in sales, field work, customer service, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the informal sector is an added advantage.
• High integrity, energy, and resilience.
