Description
Kray Microfinance is hiring Branch Supervisor (3) to lead and drive branch growth through loans, savings, and investments while coaching the frontline team to deliver sales, customer excellence, and compliance.
Key Duties:
- Champion daily sales & meet branch targets
- Lead, coach & motivate Field Officers/Admins
- Drive customer growth, retention & referrals
- Supervise loan appraisal, disbursement & collections
- Monitor KPIs & submit performance reports
- Ensure smooth branch operations & compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or Microfinance
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services (with proven sales record)
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
