Role Overview
Kampala Hospital Limited is looking for talented and self-oriented candidates to join as Cashier/Biller. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of OPD and IPD billing for cash/credit (corporate) and insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Billing Management:
o Ensure accurate and timely billing, including interim bills, invoicing, and insurance claim forms.
2. Cash Handling:
o Receive payments, issue receipts, and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
3. Admission Coordination:
o Manage patient registration and pre-authorizations for insurance patients.
4. Customer Service:
o Resolve complaints, answer queries, and provide information on procedures or policies.
5. Reporting and Liaison:
o Prepare shift reports, liaise with healthcare staff, and address unpaid bills.

Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in a business-related course.
• At least 1 year of working experience (added advantage).
