Job Overview
Our Company is looking for a Sales GMT to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales Goals in Uganda. Duties will Include Sales presentations and negotiation of contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have some understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also interpersonal skills, with readiness to learn.

Qualifications
a. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Economics or any Related field
b. Fluency in Kiswahili and French is an added advantage
c. Under 28 years old
d. Good Communication and computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Meeting and Exceeding Sales targets
2. Negotiating all contracts with prospective Clients
3. Helping determining Pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
4. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
5. Coordinating Sales efforts with marketing programs
6. Understanding and promoting Company programs
7. Obtaining deposits and balances of payment from clients
8. Maintaining client Records
9. Preparing and submitting Sales contracts for orders
10. Perform all duties as assigned by your supervisor
